I am a digital marketing professional with over 15 years experience in the industry. After working in various digital channels over the years, I now specialise in email marketing after discovering that was what I loved doing the most. I have a genuine passion for email marketing and really enjoy working with clients at every stage of the email marketing journey, whether it being helping a business choose an ESP to get started in email, or assisting larger businesses to optimise their campaigns and improve results. One of the favourite parts of my job is auditing a new client and identifying all the opportunities available to help them grow. Email marketing has a place in every organisation that is using digital, and I will champion it whenever I can and make sure clients see the benefit. I am skilled in email campaign management from start to finish, and have a thorough and in-depth understanding that enables me to cover strategy, HTML/WYSIWYG editor builds, list management, deliverability, segmentation, testing, automation, reporting and analysis. I am proficient with a wide range of ESPs, including Smart Focus, Pardot, Campaign Monitor, Pure 360, MailChimp, Exponea, Klaviyo, dotdigital and Hubspot.
