EXPERIENCE: I currently operate as the Program Manager for Lumia (Formerly known as JRNI Coaching) where I support curriculum development, learning and development, quality assurance, content creation, systems optimization, student experience, facilitation support, event planning, product maps, and overall programming and learning design. Past experience includes 7 years of studio management through Corepower Yoga and Yoga Pod Westminster where I gained access to further development in areas such as leadership, facilitation, operations, programming, retail, and management. I have 9 years of experience leading yoga programming in a variety of formats and continue to teach throughout the North Denver region today. In addition to my work as Program Manager, I offer a unique blend of wellness modalities. I am a certified professional life and business coach, Lagree Resistance Instructor, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and a Mom of two. I have spent time expanding my knowledge in areas such as wellness, self-development, leadership, meditation, business, entrepreneurship, yoga studies, Ayurvedic wellness, and more. When I'm not working you can find me reading as much as possible, taking a Pilates or Yoga class, seeing a Broadway show, and enjoying mountain camping life with my family and dog.
