About Samantha Roper

I started my professional career after graduating with a degree in Communication from Boise State University. Originally from the Puget Sound area of the state of Washington, I decided to relocate and begin my career in Portland, Oregon. I explored a couple of industries including retail management and business to business sales, before pursuing my interest in Talent Recruitment and Management. I began my career in Executive Healthcare Recruitment in 2016. I immediately found great joy in recruitment as it allowed me to carry out my authentic nature and desire to connect, as well as to build trusting, supportive, genuine and long-lasting relationships with job seekers, while assisting them on the next path in their professional journey. I wholeheartedly believe that we in the recruitment industry, have the ability to make an impact in the lives of others and must perform with integrity and compassion. Health Care Executive Placements (HCEPINC) and Azad practice these principles with an emphasis on people, corporate culture and organizational structure. We have successfully built long-term relationships with our Interim Leaders and Consultants by providing a quality experience, driven by our foundational goal of cultivating lasting partnerships.
