About Samantha Wait

My career has given me a unique mix of skills and experiences which enable me to bring a fresh perspective to strategic communications, building partnerships and business development. Extensive commercial property and corporate experience gained during my time practicing as a Real Estate Solicitor in the City gives me a sound commercial background to everything I do. Years of communicating at a strategic level around housing and regeneration activity including engaging with LA Partners and Communities, leading on community consultation, and articulating the benefits of regeneration are complimented by wider strategic corporate comms experience including proven expertise in crisis coms, annual and ESG reporting. Currently, as Swan moves forward to its business combination with Sanctuary, I am now a member of the Leadership Team and have been tasked with leading the new build Customer Care workstream whilst continuing lead our engagement with our Stakeholders. I also take a strategic lead on our Inspiring Swan's and Swan Nation networks championing EDI. All this means I can promote the organisations I work with, ensure they communicate well, even in challenging times and help them grow their business through complex transactions and enhance their relationships with their Partners, Investors, staff and customers.
