As a child online protection expert, strategic planner, speaker and leader in the online safety space, with expertise in establishing INHOPE hotlines across the globe, I am persistent and resilient in my drive to enable countries, companies and organisations to achieve a culture of responsibility. I give freely my contagious passion for productivity-for-good, and a better and safer future especially for our young people and marginalised sectors of society. Happiest when I see those around me achieve success and blossom to be their best, I am a people-oriented connector and a good communicator, and I have grown and successfully maintained all memberships and partnerships within all the organisations for whom I have worked. I have overseen the implementation of donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance with rigorous reporting requirements and resolving challenges collaboratively with stakeholders with whom I foster impactful relationships that deliver results. Until today I was leading the expansion and partnerships of the network. Now I am the leader of the INHOPE network of internet hotlines. I have enabled the membership to grow by 65% from 2018-2025. We expand into countries with either high hosting of online child sexual abuse and exploitation material, or countries in which we see a high production of recorded online child sexual abuse and exploitation, and little to no government or stakeholder reactivity, or countries that want to act but need support and a framework to do so. We enable them to take leadership and ownership so that they can create the eco-system that will help their country fight online child sexual abuse material. In other areas of my life I'm a community leader, an adviser, a board member, a soul soup specialist, a yogi, a hiker/ mountain goat, a mother, a life-learner, and much more besides! I succeed in the goals I set myself because I believe in what I do. I need to be passionate about the cause I fight for whether it's in my personal or professional life.
