I am a Collections Specialist at Banque Misr, where I leverage my MBA in Banking and Finance and my certifications in credit, strategic planning, and risk management to handle overdue payments and resolve customer credit issues. With more than four years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed strong skills in debt recovery, risk analysis, and customer relationship management. In my current role, I make daily collection visits, monitor accounts, investigate historical data, and report on Intellect system. I have successfully increased the collection rate, reduced the risk exposure, and improved the customer satisfaction of the bank. Previously, I worked as an SMEs Credit Analyst and a Specialist Personal Banker, where I contributed to the growth and development of the branch SMEs portfolio, issued letters of guarantee, and performed risk analysis using credit scoring system. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting the culture and vision of Banque Misr.
