I am a highly capable and experienced Administrative Professional with strong abilities in communication, customer oriented, interpersonal skills with good conflict resolution skills and organization of paperwork and confidential documents. My background includes; data entry, filling, problem solving, planning and coordinating meetings, itineraries, and hotel booking, good knowledge in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power Point, I have the ability to type 50 wpm and handling special projects; serving as a liaison between the executive and his/her staff; writing and typing correspondence; organizing and processing expense; creating and implementing to organize the office. I have successfully achieved my Bachelor degree of Commerce in 2001, and after graduation, I gained several experiences with diverse reputed organizations in Dubai. I have got recently my certificate in Office Administration & Supervisory from Vancouver Community College – BC In addition when I began my new journey in Canada, I had the opportunity to work at BC Hydro where I got a great deal of knowledge and achieved huge insight about the administrative and customer service field. My time at BC Hydro allowed me to work with senior management level on various tasks.
