I’m a merger between lifelong student, freethinker, leader, and more, Sometimes I’m really talkative and sometimes I’m not, when I’m silent, I keep wondering After more than a decade working with International development, Managing different projects/programs and partners' portfolios/Stakeholders ranging from government institutions to civil society organizations and the private sector, Supporting individuals and institutions at the strategic level, I recognized myself fit with different tasks. After traveling and working in different countries I became high cultural sensitivity and automated to work with diverse teamwork across different countries. Managing complex projects lifecycle across many countries is my favorite game. designing, planning, risk management, contract/ grant management, M&E to closing out. I have applied adaptive management to steer projects and contribute to sustainable and scalable results. Sharing stories through knowledge management for critical reflection and learning. Compliance with financial management standards through managing multi-million Euro grants. Don’t ask me about M&E, it’s a big mess. A necessary evil, finance and budget management.
