When I tell people I work in RevOps, 9 times out of 10 the reaction is:"Cool. but what is that?" Honestly, the answer keeps evolving and that’s exactly what makes the space so exciting. As tech keeps moving faster, there's a constant need to rethink how we operate: what we do, why we do it, and how we can 10x the impact. RevOps lives right at the centre of that: unlocking new growth, driving strategic clarity, and building the infrastructure to scale. Most recently at Guideline, I led and grew the RevOps team across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. We built and optimized operational processes, connected the dots between data and action, and helped drive real revenue performance. By aligning cross-functional teams, implementing smart KPIs, and delivering actionable insights, we helped fuel business growth. Before that, at Shopify, I had the chance to really dig into what makes me tick when it comes to strategy and operations. A few big things I've learned about myself along the way: I love building programs. Wins, failures, everything in between, building strong operational foundations is my thing. I’m passionate about creating systems that are built to last, with smart checks along the way to make sure we’re building the right things at the right time. 🧙‍ I thrive wearing multiple hats. I’m at my best when solving ambiguous, messy problems especially the ones that don’t have a clear owner. Early at Shopify Plus during its hyper-growth phase, I learned that being flexible and scrappy across functions is where I do my best work. 🤔 I'm wired for experimentation. Curiosity sits at the centre of everything I do. Experimentation to me isn't just testing ideas, it’s constantly questioning how we even think about the problem itself. Always learning. Always building. Always curious.
