About Samara Rice

I am passionate about people, and their needs being met. As a Mother of 3, Step-Mother of 5, Grandmother of 1, Wife of 1.I've realized that life has always and will always be about people and their needs. I had never seen myself as an "Office" girl until when I was blessed with the opportunity to work for Fann Contracting. During my 9 years working in the office I met amazing people and was taught some beneficial skills by the CFO that would change my future career desires. YES, I learned to love the computer, technology and the opportunities that come along with it. Next phase of work life in Prescott also brought many lessons and experiences. As I stepped into the roll of Executive Assistant at Tender Hearts Senior Care in May 2010, I was REALLY getting prepared to learn about Communication Skills and the importance of finding my inner strength. During the 4 year adventure I moved up rapidly. HR Mgr, Community Liaison, Marketing, Marketing Mgr. and Vice President. AGAIN, all about the needs. I met the most amazing Seniors in Yavapai County and prided myself and assessing their needs and pursuing ways to have them met. My life lessons have made me aware of the different personalities; the wants, the likes, the dislikes. The compatibility issues that arise in work environments and how to be specialized in dealing with them and helping others work through them. I have found that my passion is always going to be in leading others to whatever it is that makes them happy. Every new lesson I consider a gift.and those that know me well know that I do love "gifts" and DARK CHOCOLATE.
