Summary: I have 33 years of professional experience; some of which overlaps, however, every specialty and the years of experience are represented here. My current position is in the financial industry; I have served the members of American Southwest Credit Union for 8 years;(5) as Associate Vice President of BSA and Compliance and (3) as a Loan Processor and Lien and Title Specialist. I have 5 years of experience in basic Personnel and Human Resource Management, 23 years of Supervisory and Management experience; I have supervised and led teams of 15 to 30 people at a time. 13 years of Collections, and 28 years of Customer Service experience; 18 of which were in Call Centers. I am most proud of my ability to build positive professional and personal relationships, by being honest, confident, and efficient when dealing with individuals, in all areas of life. I earned my Associate of Science in Business Administration, Human Resource Management from Argosy University, my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership from Pacific Oaks College, and my Master of Science, Business Management and Leadership from WGU. I aim to run my own department within my organization and help make us the top risk management and regulatory compliant credit union in the nation. In addition to the banking industry, I am also a Pastry Chef. I am Owner/Operator of Samara Bakes. I bake and decorate custom cakes and cupcakes.
