I’m a data-driven and tech-forward Business Analyst at AWS Infrastructure Services, where I help ensure the seamless delivery of scalable infrastructure by blending business context with technical precision. My journey has taken me through analytics, CRM development, low-code automation, and digital transformation - all grounded in a passion for solving real-world problems with scalable, user-centric solutions. Before joining AWS, I completed my Master’s in Information Technology and Management from UT Dallas and held roles that shaped my technical and analytical foundation. At Owens Corning, I worked on real-time plant data, using tools like Seeq, Power BI, and Python to drive root cause analysis, predictive modeling, and automated operational dashboards. I also built internal CRM-like systems using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline asset tracking and automate issue workflows. Previously at Accenture, I served as a Salesforce Developer, building enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows for Fortune 500 clients - focusing on performance, usability, and seamless third-party integrations. Beyond work, I co-lead the Salesforce Developer Dallas User Group, where I run monthly sessions, lead technical workshops, and mentor emerging professionals. I’m deeply committed to continuous learning, building community, and creating systems that not only function - but drive impact.
