About Samarth Jain

I am a final year law student at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, pursuing my B.Com LL.B (Corporate Hons.) degree with a focus on corporate and commercial laws. I have a strong academic record and have received multiple certificates of excellence for my outstanding performance as a student and a researcher. As a legal intern at various top tier law firms, I have contributed to their corporate and commercial law practices. I assisted senior associates and partners with legal research, drafting, and due diligence for various transactions and deals involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and startups. I have gained valuable exposure and skills in this domain, and have demonstrated my ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and deadlines. In addition, I was the chairperson of the Student Research Council, ILNU, where I led and mentored a team of student researchers and editors, and oversee the publication of the Nirma University Law Journal, a peer-reviewed academic journal. I have also authored and co-authored several research papers and articles on various legal topics, and have presented them at national and international conferences and seminars. Furthermore, I have completed a certification course on Deeptech entrepreneurship from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management, IIT Hyderabad, where I learned about the principles and practices of innovation and entrepreneurship in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring new challenges in the legal field. I aspire to become a successful and ethical lawyer who can make a positive impact on society and the legal profession. I am looking for opportunities to further enhance my knowledge and skills, and to collaborate with other professionals and experts in the field.
