About Samarth Jain

I’ve always been fascinated by how ideas grow into businesses that create real impact. My journey began in the corporate world — from Infosys and Cisco to Amazon Web Services and EY (through UMT Consulting). Over the years, I led projects that merged technology, strategy, and business transformation across industries and continents. That experience shaped how I build and scale companies today.I’m currently the Founder & CEO of Cubkins, a fast-growing baby products brand in India that’s redefining trust and quality in the baby space. In just two years, Cubkins has grown over 500% and continues to delight parents across India with safe, high-quality products designed for everyday ease.I’m also a Partner at Camox, a 45-year-old international recruitment consultancy that continues to help organizations across the globe — from the Europe to the Middle East and beyond — fulfill critical manpower needs in healthcare, hospitality, and technical sectors.Along the way, I’ve co-founded and advised ventures in education (Thrive Bluhen) and hydroponics (HyRise Farms), learning firsthand what it takes to build across geographies, industries, and challenges.Today, while I continue to scale Cubkins and support Camox’s global growth, I’m exploring new opportunities at the intersection of AI and business innovation — especially where technology can drive real-world transformation.Always open to connecting with fellow founders, investors, and partners who share a passion for building meaningful, scalable ventures.
