Experienced Manager Clinic Operations 2 with over 25 years of customer service and managerial experience. My job skills came from a vast variety of businesses in the Central Texas region, including retail, call center, life insurance, and medical clinical business operations. I have an Associates Degree in Management Accounting from McLennan Community College in 2002 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Governor's University in 2019. I currently manage 65 direct reports in 8 regional locations in Waco, Temple, Killeen, Bryan College Station, and Round Rock supporting 6 General Pediatric and over 43 Pediatric Subspecialty clinics. My daily job tasks include HR practices (recuiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, termination), clinic/patient/provider relations, insurance/financial discussions, Six Sigma/Lean practices through daily/weekly huddles, coaching and mentoring staff. My most notable skills are People, detail orientated, time management, problem solving, EPIC/EMR, MRS, Peoplesoft, iCORE, Recondo, Lean Management, Project Management, and Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel including Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
