I am a PMP® certified Project Management Professional and Chartered Engineer, presently working as Team Leader - PMO for iCRC Water - UK team at WSP India. I have been continuously employed since my graduation with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar. I have also completed Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research. My 12 years of project management experience in the construction industry includes water resource projects in India & UK and refinery projects in Kuwait. I am qualified in all aspects of Project Planning and Implementation including Monitoring & Controlling, Project & Construction Management, Contracts & Claims, and Stakeholder & Risk Management. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in contract management, project costing, and project financial budgets. I have always maintained a cordial relationship with clients, which helped in efficient and prompt resolution of contractual matters and issues. What one word describes my operational abilities? Ltd. 1.My role as a consultant for these projects is to support the Package Managers and Technical Leads of WSP UK Water Team who were seconded into STW and HS2 projects. I actively monitor and track the ongoing activities of the project on weekly / monthly basis. I coordinate with different water team engineers working for multiple clients. I develop the project program and am accountable for resource allocation, project management and claim management. Senior Planning Engineer, NBTC 1. I prepared master schedules for the civil, structural and MEIP works. I was in charge of resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, phases of material procurement and cash flow projections. Results of my Jugaad Approach: 1. Recognized by WSP and awarded On the Spot Award. Started end to end services with the National Highway (UK) Scheme Development Framework from WSP India office which increased resource utilization by 33%. Implemented latest project management tools and cost evaluation techniques to produce cost-effective solutions for WSP.
