Pushing the nanotechnological boundaries to address challenging problems in mesoscopic and semiconductor device physics, indispensable for advanced technological applications of topological quantum computing. Pioneering semiconductor cleanroom nanofabrication of delicate quantum devices of very high mobility semiconductors and their mesoscopic transport characterizations. Making extensive use of France's largest academic cleanroom situated at C2N, including the class 10/ISO 4 cleanroom facility and the 100 keV electron beam lithography, to develop the technology. Educational foundation, with a Master’s in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a PhD in condensed matter physics from University of Strasbourg has been instrumental in advancing the technology. Excelling in collaborative environments, spearheading international collaborations with esteemed institutions like ETH Zurich, and several academic research groups at Paris, Louvain in Belgium, and the National high magnetic field laboratory (LNCMI) at Grenoble in France to study the devices. Expertise include Electron beam lithography, Molecular Beam Epitaxy and other material growth techniques, Reactive Ion Etching, Inductively Coupled Plasma etching, and Ion beam etching. With above 10 years of experience in ultra high vacuum and thin films fabrication, including the growth and characterization of thin films of a diverse range of materials; ferromagnetic, ferroelectric, organic molecules and hybrid superconductor/semiconductor material systems, complemented by a strong hand in numerical simulations, instrumentation, data acquisition demonstrating my scientific and industrial aptitude.
