I specialize in India and Middle East markets with expertise in warehousing, transportation, ecommerce FC automation and last mile deliveries, cross border D2C deliveries, express courier clearance at borders, etc. I have successfully scaled operations from under SQM to over SQM (200K CBM), achieving double-digit annual growth and a consistent EBIT margin.I am firmly believe in being agile, adaptable and curious. Key Highlights of my career:Started 3 organizations from scratch in the past 8 years. developed worldclass army of industrial engineers at DHL India, developed Lifesciences & Healthcare vertical in DHL India.Managed an overall P&L of +30Mn$ from 2015 to 2019. Developed 3PL business with +7MN$ in 4 years acquiring and onboarding +30 clients in UAE from 2020 to 2024. Developed cold chain 3PL business with +3MN$ in 2 years acquiring and onboarding +10 clients in UAE from 2018 to 2019. Developed GTM strategy, sales strategy, execution plan for new service lines in 3PL industry especially for retail and ecommerce sector.Deployed Infor WMS along with a seasoned and lean tech team.
