Hi I am a HR Professional. I started my career working as a HR intern, kater on joined PVR Limited organization, as a HR Associate. Then I joined Barbeque as a Sr. Exe HR. I have experience in handling key areas like recruitment which includes screening resumes, interviewing, coordination and selection. Also doing entry and exit formalities of employees, the data management, employee leave and attendance management, sharing payroll inputs, employee engagement, handling employee grievances, and employee benefits programs along with maintenance with labour laws. Along with these, about my personal strengths, I am a good communicator as well as a listener. I am a person with more patience and I am always ready to learn and explore new aspects of life. I am as strong as working individually as well as working as a team member. I am an honest, hard working person. Also, i am flexible to work in any environment and under any conditions. Alwsys looking to work for an organization that best suits my personality and will prove to help in m personal growth as well as their growth.
