BEHAVIORAL & MENTAL HEALTH: Oversaw service line comprising specialty mental health, addiction medicine, inpatient and residential services, wellness coaching, self-care, clinician and psychiatrist training, and research programs. INTERNAL & FAMILY MEDICINE: Spearheaded operational leadership and innovation across TPMG’s largest specialty and guided 2,200 board-certified physicians in delivering primary care to more than 3.5 million patients. REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT: Drove documentation, coding, clinician note audits, patient registration, co-pay collection, billing, and external medical services. SUPPORTIVE CARE SERVICES: Fueled Kaiser’s work in providing a connected ecosystem of life care planning and primary and specialty palliative care services.
