With over 15 years of experience in construction project management, I am a seasoned professional who can handle complex and diverse projects in various sectors, such as banking, IT, retail, and corporate. I have a Bachelor of Architecture and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management, as well as certifications in Procore, which demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the industry. Currently, I am working at a General Contractor, a leading construction company that provides high-quality services to clients across the country. In this role, I am responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements, budget, and timeline. I also oversee the design, procurement, contract, quality, and safety aspects of the projects, and coordinate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Some of the notable projects that I have delivered include a Sft new fitout for a major IT client, a Sft renovation for a financial institute, and a Sft infrastructure augmentation for a retail giant. I am passionate about delivering excellence and satisfaction to my clients, and I always strive to improve my skills and knowledge in the field of construction project management.
