Started my professional career in Aug 2007 with Indian Navy and served for 12 years as a Commissioned Officer, leading one of the finest men onboard frontline submarines and warships, upholding the sovereignty of the country. during these 12 years, I held various independent ' Operational' and 'Staff' appointments onboard submarines, Naval Headquarters, Submarine Command Headquarters and Naval Dockyard and retired as a Lieutenant Commander in Aug 2019. Post Navy, joined Amplus Solar, a PETRONAS group company, as Senior Manager (O&M) in Aug 2019 and was responsible for asset management of 04 Open Access and 05 captive Ground Mount projects with total capacity of 420+ MWp. Independently handled team of 26 personnel and O&M Budget of INR 435 Mn. Got promoted as DGM (Asset Management and O&M) in Jul 2021. Joined JP Morgan Chase & Co, in Oct 2021 as Associate Vice President and worked as Client Service Account Manager for CIB and CB client entities domiciled in APAC with specific focus on Singapore. Moved back to Energy sector and joined Gentari Green Mobility India as Head – EV Charging Infrastructure and Hub Development in Oct 2023 and as a single member handled 92 organic, co-development and partner hubs across the country including development of 83 new sites during my tenure. I am currently working with BluSmart as Head – EPC (Engineering, procurement and Construction) from Nov 2024 with new EV charging hub development as my KRA. Currently pursuing development of 04 nos MW scale Parking and Charging hubs at NCR (02 nos – 299 CPs and 2.1 MW) and Bangalore (02 Nos – 314 CPs and 2.7 MW) and coordinating with multiple electrical and civil vendors to complete the hubs in budgeted costs and agreed timelines with fleet team. The past 18 years have seasoned me as a frontline player in field of Operations and MRO, Client Service, Contract and Program Management, CAPEX & OPEX procurements, Budget, and Ops-Logistics- If you're willing to teach, I am willing to learn - Don't believe in promising mountains and delivering dust.
