My career has been driven by a combination of strong technical aptitude and extensive experience in multiple facets of Operations Management including Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Sales. I have held senior management positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations Management and have strongly contributed towards business growth by providing innovative solutions and cost control methods in every department As evidenced in my resume, my experience encompasses strategic planning, resource utilisation, value engineering and revenue growth. My ability to analyse needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of my greatest assets. I excel at streamlining less-than-efficient procedures & strategies to boost productivity and sales. Proactive management of crucial external relationships allowed me to increase revenue significantly. I am currently engaged in a Senior Management role to Operate, Market and Grow the Training and Certifications vertical of the BITTS Group called ActiCert. This calls for generating B2B leads and using various digital media to reach prospective customers and students. BITTS Group has presence in North America and Asia. From my past experience, I have specialized knowledge in Luminaire manufacturing. I have worked for organizations engaged in OEM manufacturing of LED/Conventional lighting fixtures and those who have been Wholesale Distributors. I have been a Consultant for lighting businesses as well.
