About Sameer Ghoman

An IT professional with almost a years worth of experience in the industry. My passion for technology, networking, and customer service has led me to pursue a career in this dynamic and always changing field. Currently working as a Systems Support Trainee at KPU allowed me to attain skills and receive valuable exposure in various areas of IT, including database management, hardware and software support, and customer support. I have experience working with a wide range of technologies, such as Windows, Mac OS, and MySQL, and am always eager to learn more about emerging technologies. Through my professional working life I have thrived in working in fast paced-environments and I am able to work well under pressure, while also maintaining attention to detail and quality. I am self motivated and always aims to exceed the team's expectations and have a proven set of skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. My goal is to always ensure that every client has a positive experience and is left feeling satisfied with the service they received. I believe I could leverage my technical and interpersonal skills to contribute any organizations' success.
