About Sameer H. Pande

ICF Certified Executive & Life Coach (ACC) with an overall experience of 30 plus years (6 years in Indian Army and 24+ years in various corporates), the most recent 15 years have been in HR leadership roles focusing on large-scale integration and transformation, including M&A scenarios. I have partnered with business owners to structure people related strategies around change management, talent acquisition, automation, local / global policies and retention. In some roles I have created and in others have streamlined centralised HR operations, reward and recognition strategies, role and skill-based incentives and employee engagement. In almost all my roles HR compliance including statutory, audits, internal (annual reports) and external (RFIs, RFPs, Sustainability etc.) submissions, new location set up, HR data sanctity including MIS have been an integral part. In addition to BAU, I have also led many multi geography dead-line driven projects. In my current assignment I am the Head HR for all enabling functions including Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain and Quality. I am also heading the Talent Management & Development Team. I am also a Certified Executive & Life Coach (ICF - ACC), Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 27001, 45001 and am pursuing CIPP (GDPR) certification.
