I progressed through various roles from grassroot levels to strategic ones within the said span; leading business transformations, scale-up of operations, alignment of corporate functions, optimization of operating efficiencies, and subsequent turnaround of financial performance. Currently spearheading as the CMO of Happyness Factory – a world class goal-based investment planning platform that assists clients to save and invest wisely, I proved instrumental in enabling operations across 16 Indian cities, translating it to rank as one of the top 5 financial planning FinTech organizations. I also have to my credit, functioning as an Independent Consultant and Creative Producer to lead several projects with the aim of fulfilling creative passion.
