Currently working as a Talent Advocate I at Arthur Lawrence since June 2025, where I engage in dynamic talent acquisition and people-focused operations that sharpen my communication, client handling, and strategic recruitment skills. This role has provided valuable exposure to the professional services industry, allowing me to contribute to talent strategy while learning from a high-performing team. Alongside my professional journey, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at IBA Karachi, one of Pakistan’s most prestigious institutions. My time at IBA has deepened my understanding of management, business psychology, marketing, and ethical leadership. Through case-based learning and team-driven projects, I’ve developed strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. Prior to this, I built real-world business experience by launching and managing my own reselling business, where I handled everything from customer service to negotiation and logistics. I also co-founded a property AI agency, merging real estate with emerging technologies, a project that taught me a lot about digital business models, scalability, and tech strategy. My international education journey, which includes earning the IBDP and studying in both Pakistan and South Africa, has shaped me into a globally aware, adaptable, and culturally intelligent individual. I also interned at Top Tier Edition in South Africa as a Sales Intern, where I worked on retail strategy and client management, further refining my sales and interpersonal skills. These combined academic and practical experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in sales, negotiation, leadership, recruitment, and business strategy. I’m especially interested in how people, systems, and innovation intersect to drive performance and growth, whether in startups or corporate environments. My long term goal is to continue gaining diverse professional experiences, pursue a master’s degree, and eventually launch or lead businesses that create meaningful impact.
