I'm a driven individual who has the perseverance to see projects through completion. Being a dynamic hustler, I love to work with logical & and problem-solving approaches on any program/ project/ task. With over 7 years of experience in various domains like Program Management, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, SAAS Products, and Technology I have a multitude of skills including Agile Methodology, Kaizen, User Story, Wireframing, Stakeholder management, Crisis management, and Work prioritization, etc. During my most recent stint, I was an Inhouse consultant and Subject matter expert working on defining, designing, and implementing the solutions for internal departments for process transformation, and digital transformation throughout the development cycle and handled over 9 organization-wide projects in parallel. In the past, I've also worked closely with the largest banking clients, insurance clients, and retail brands on driving their customer experience programs and scaling them up country-wide geographically. I'm a team player, a quick learner, and a goal-oriented who likes to work outside the defined scope to learn and grow more in the professional scheme of things.
