HR professional with experience of diverse roles across Consulting and HR business partnering. Currently working as Principal HR Business Partner with Amazon India Development Center in Gurgaon, supporting a diverse client group (talent mix comprising Technology, Product/Program managers, Legal, etc.). Key responsibilities include increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. Responsibilities also include project management for various HR initiatives including learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, policy review and implementation, etc. Previously worked as Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young (EY). At EY, involved in delivery of large-scale Organization Transformation assignments as well as focused HR Advisory interventions for clients across industry verticals including Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Imaging Solutions, IT, Retail. Worked across diverse areas in the HR value chain, like Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Job Evaluation and Grading, Performance & Rewards, Leadership Development, Change Management, Design of HR Policies and Processes, Employee Engagement, HR Process Audit, etc. Delivery experience in India and the Middle-East. Prior to pursuing Post-Graduation in HR, worked as an Associate with the Talent & Organization Consulting - Analytics practice at Hewitt Associates (now AON Hewitt). At Hewitt, was responsible for project management and delivery of compensation assignments for key clients based out of USA and India. Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from MDI Gurgaon (2008 - 2010). Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance) degree from University of Delhi, Delhi (2002 - 2005).
