With a strong belief that "Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it," I am an enterprising business leader and planner with broad expertise in shaping the future of business operations through periods of significant growth or change. My career has largely been focused on driving India's Largest Private Power Company to a growth trajectory beyond the existing operational footprint, achieving critical strategic goals, and propelling top-line and bottom-line business profitability. I have gained enriched experience in leading businesses through various implications, benchmarking industry practices, tracking emerging market trends, building roadmaps, inking organizational presence, seeding revenue-generating streams, and propelling the business to pinnacle success. My major highlights include being the strategy head of AEML responsible for revenue protection and theft mitigation in the Energy Audit and Enforcement department, owning end-to-end responsibility of commercial and network operations of a zone with net annual revenue of INR 400+ Cr. as the Zonal Head, being a core member of the CEO Strategy Team that blueprinted the company’s business strategy, annual operating plans, and IT roadmap for implementation, and leading the implementation of SAP Business Objects with Balanced Scorecard. I have also formulated Balanced Scorecard, SAP Business Objects, Smart Metering, and Smart Grid Roadmap, served as a utility industry process expert with IT Consulting and Business Process Reengineering Lead for RAPDRP States - Karnataka, Bihar, and Chhattisgarh, and been a member of the consortium to Ethiopia. As a leader, I am acknowledged for recruiting, leading, and mentoring large cross-functional and cross-geo teams of future business leaders, defining their KRAs/JDs, and developing their core skills to deliver world-class performance.
