I have 27 years of rich experience in Sourcing/Procurement domain working for GSK,Novartis,Abbott,Sanofi & Cipla for Pharma,OTC,Consumer Healthcare,Vaccines,Chemicals and Animal healthcare divisions. My strength lies in hands on experience and heading leadership positions in various categories of Procurement such as 1)Finished formulations from CMO/Third parties(Evaluation, selection and negotiation) 2)Raw materials i.e.API(Generic & Consumer),Excipients,Intermediates,Chemicals,Key starting materials,solvents,commodities,Production material 3)Packaging Materials(Primary & Secondary) 4) Procurement Due Diligence of large acquisition proposals 5)Indirect Purchase(CAPEX,Warehousing and Logistics, Site maintenance, Travel, Admin categories) 6)Packaging Development I have had an opportunity to lead the individuals with vast professional diversity and led the teams of cross functional/divisional Sourcing/ procurement to bring in significant turn-arounds in their performance with respect to Gross margin, Risk Mitigation, Process enhancement, systems and many more. It was my great privilege to get an exposure to multicultural global Matrix environment and I successfully managed the CHANGE in Sourcing/Procurement domain during my career including 3 mega merger & 2 de-merger phases of large MNCs. My previous assignment was with Sanofi as Director Sourcing/Procurement. I have founded Krishnali Healthcare Solutions in Jan-2020 to provide the services in Healthcare space including Mergers & Acquisitions( M&A). I am also working as a principle consultant with Workplace Dynamics. I am a global ambassador of "The Sustainability procurement pledge". In addition to this, I am driving a global sustainability social movement GO GREEN VASUNDHARA. I have successfully completed multiple leadership development courses of Landmark worldwide during 2017-2019
