I have over the last 25 years been at the forefront of designing and delivering AI-driven real-time decisioning solutions that transform how enterprises engage with customers at scale. I have helped global clients across telecoms, financial services, insurance, retail, and travel unlock measurable business outcomes through the synergy of cutting-edge AI and human-driven 1:1 customer engagement.I designed and delivered the industry's first real-time decisioning project in 2003, and since then have been instrumental in creating the AI-powered decisioning frameworks that drive today's most successful 1:1 customer engagement strategies. My expertise spans the entire spectrum of intelligent decisioning: from AI-driven customer journey orchestration and real-time personalization to omni-channel engagement optimization and automated next-best-action recommendations. At Adqura, we partner closely with Pegasystems, a market leader in AI-driven 1:1 customer engagement, to develop next-generation solutions that combine the ability to execute multi-channel customer journeys with consistent 'next best conversations' and best customer experience as the driving principles.
