About Sameer Rana

A firm believer "service to mankind is service to God". Being in the credit card industry serving card members across India; with exceptional high quality customer service skills, retention skills and coaching skills, I am an all rounder who can deliver with efficiency and effectiveness and help business achieve desired goals. Having handled customers from premium to the affluent for 2 years, then moved into retention helping see customers the important value, tangible and intangible, for another 2 years and then moving into a role where I dealt with 6-8 teams (Gurgaon and Bangalore) at a given time; I was responsible for their performance and stood out multiple times as coach of the month winning accolades and recognition for meeting and thriving whilst achieving desired results, also while collaborating with different shareholders, coaching entire teams and having individual sessions to creating training materials while keeping sales practice laws in mind. I am currently into digital servicing, I wish to share my experience, my knowledge and lessons I have learnt being in a fast paced financial industry, always wish to be an asset to the organisation I work with displaying incredible work ethic, humility and kindness.
