About Sameer Sharma

With deep experience in the dynamic field of human resources, my expertise lies in shaping high-performance cultures and designing comprehensive HR strategies that are aligned to the changing business priorities. By leveraging my structured thinking, problem solving mindset and interest, experience in overall talent management, I think I have contributed to the creation of fairly well diverse, inclusive work environments in multiple organizations that foster growth and innovation. In my current role at Simpl, I am part of HR leadership and take care of recruiting the best talent for the org and helping the hired talent build long term meaningful careers. This includes ensuring that their experience is top notch which motivates them to do their life's best innovative work, having a differentiated Total Rewards philosophy supported by Policies and Processes that help them and the org grow. My past experiences at Myntra and KPMG has helped me design, implement and see a lot of HR practices up close and understand what works (and what may work some other time). I believe I have a curious, objective mindset which likes to understand the why of everything (courtesy : some of the brilliant minds (professors and students) that shared their wisdom, thoughts during my 2 years at XLRI).
