About Sameer Shingte

To describe myself, I am a systematic, organized and hardworking person along with being a team player with excellent communication skills. I would be finishing my PhD in Chemistry soon. It is an interdisciplinary work between chemical engineering and chemistry focused on Crystal engineering and process optimization in the preparation of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle suspensions. I pursued my master's degrees in Chemical Engineering with Process Engineering as a a specialization from Delft University of Technology. During my master's research, I developed a microfluidic device to study the influence of mixing on the induction time for crystallization which could be an effective tool for the understanding of crystallization process on large scale. I have an industrial cGMP experience of about one year in pharmaceutical sector. I am a social person, who is fond of travelling, formula1 sport and cooking Indian dishes. The research experience has provided my an opportunity of scientific leadership while working in cross-functional teams. My prime goal is to understand professional environment and capitalize on the opportunities, coupled with comprehensive personality development.
