Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitoring non-performing assets (NPAs), and issuing customer notices were key aspects of my role. I played an integral part in managing the customer loan process and facilitating asset repossession and sale. Educating customers on digital repayment methods and delivering exceptional customer service were additional areas of focus. I began my journey at Sundaram Finance Limited as an Executive Customer Support. This role honed my skills in credit analysis, compliance coordination, and internal auditing. I effectively evaluated customer creditworthiness, ensured compliance with regulations, and facilitated seamless loan processing.
