17+ Years of experience in Customer Experience Lead, Business Analyst and Project Management, understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Agile & Waterfall methodologies & Good communication styles and techniques, Currently working as business analyst for digital transformation of point of sale application for one the leading UK telecom company wherein I'm responsible for requirement gathering, impact analysis and coordination during the agile ceremonies, testing and delivery phases. Earlier to this worked as Assistant Consultant and responsible for End to End Project management and Service Delivery processes which includes project estimation, project planning, requirements analysis, build of functional requirements and management of the development teams. Planning and tracking QA, Pre & post-implementation, OAT, UAT activities and internal & external customer relationship management, while performing the responsibilities of Techno Functional Business Analyst (BA). As a BA, I am responsible for analyzing and capturing business requirements, help solution team to prepare solution document, review test cases prepared by internal QA team, review and help business users in preparing UAT test cases, and successful deployment of application developed for one of the Leading Indian telecom operator. Played a major role in strategizing and executing the program seamlessly by building the team of techno functional experts. Worked on the major business transformation and process unification program as a lead business analyst. Part of TCS Transcend Leadership program
