About Sameera Chandimal

A self-motivated, dedicated and hardworking Materials Engineer with over 6 years of construction materials experience in a Construction Materials Testing Laboratory. Extensive experienced in conducting of laboratory testing of soil, cement, concrete, aggregate, steel, asphalt, 60/70 Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen, concrete mix designing and asphalt mix designing in accordance with National and International Standards (BS, BS EN, ASTM, AASHTO and MS-2) and Documents maintain as per the ISO9001:2015 Quality management system. Always giving attention to quality control, quality assurance, monitoring and supervising on project activities through regular facilitating reviews of adherence to the quality plan and take corrective action as required. In addition I have experience in conducting geotechnical soil investigation tests such as direct shear, triaxial, consolidation and permeability. With BSc Engineering Honours Degree in University of Moratuwa, I am currently looking for a job position to play a dynamic role in a challenging environment of a leading organization while utilizing my experience and knowledge in engineering towards continual growth and advancement of the company.
