About Sameera Sayed

I am passionate about designing transformative processes and enriching learning experiences. With a BA LLB from Christ University as my foundation, I made a purposeful transition into the social impact sector approximately five years ago. My professional experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of learning. I've had the privilege of contributing significantly to esteemed international organizations, including Make a Difference, AIESEC, Teach for India, and Commonwealth Human Rights Initiatives. In my role at Sunstone, I led the design and execution of a year-long Leadership Development Program, with an outreach of over 150 faculty members across 35 cities in India. I also took the initiative to establish a robust alumni engagement program, strategically connecting alumni across six cities. My strong advocacy for diverse learning styles resonates deeply with me, particularly the audio-visual medium. As an enthusiastic consumer of multimedia content, from podcasts to YouTube and Netflix, I harness this passion in my role as a creator. I've produced "Get Heard," a grassroots podcast series that gave a voice to those who have been excluded from the public narrative. In my capacity as a researcher, I've enjoyed exciting opportunities to explore the realms of audio learning and knowledge retention. This journey continues to fuel my dedication to innovative educational approaches, including corporate training, teacher training, and data-driven learning strategies.
