Responsible for setting up support and delivery teams to take care of the customer base across multiple geographies. Transforming support and delivery teams into SRE and moving from Dev-OPS to No-OPS model. Being part of IT Leadership Team in India at Orange, managed alignment of global policies for operational efficiency. Managed implementation costs at optimal levels. Leadership oversight for managing IT vendors in multiple models. He was responsible to setup the operations for IT & S / Implementation in India along with the team setup. Has been instrumental in planning and implementing Infrastructure setup (IT & S Lab) data centre in Gurgaon, he also contributed towards Software Application transitioning from Montreal (Canada) and Oak hill (US) in the same year without impacting BAU activities. Prior to Orange Business Service, he worked with Fujitsu Consulting where he was managing the Software Requirements for Bayer Technology Services US. He has also been a part of the CMMI Level 5 assessment team, he has contributed in getting Fujitsu Consulting (formerly Rapidigm) the CMMI Level 5 certification simultaneously in different locations for which he was awarded in 2004 He was a part of the ERP solution provider for Thailand Textile Industries, Govt. of Thailand Enterprise. In he was a part of the development team for ERP product Reckoner® which is implemented in many Small and Medium Enterprises Sameeru has worked at strategic level with Executive Leadership teams (CXO'S) to provide high level business solutions and build environment to have vision of future goals. Has managed & Lead High-impact (Global : Business critical) & high value projects. Mr. Bhat holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (IT) and a Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Computers Science).
