With over 26 years in IT and 24+ years in e-learning, I specialize in Experience Center technologies, e-learning innovation, and EdTech solutions. My role at MPS Interactive spans multiple domains, bringing together technology, design, and AI-driven solutions to create seamless, interactive digital experiences. I lead Experience Center technology, defining new innovations, collaborating with AV vendors, and delivering IoT-powered, choreographed experiences. This includes building command center applications that control lighting, sound, and displays based on instructional design principles. I create immersive AR/VR/MR solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, and safety industries, ensuring seamless execution through BOQ definition, hardware/software estimation, and AMC management. In e-learning and instructional design technology, I oversee team building, estimation, proposals, and best practices for high-quality development, design, and delivery. I also manage EdTech projects, helping clients set up and optimize Canvas LMS & Moodle while ensuring efficiency in development. Beyond execution, I play a strategic role in business growth, conducting quarterly reviews, supporting sales teams in deal conversions, and leading AI-driven solutions like adaptive learning, quiz-based assessments, cybersecurity testing, and AR/VR/MR experiences across e-learning and experience centers.
