I am an MBA Graduate, from HULT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL, DUBAI, and currently working at Amazon as a Team Manager (Senior Manager position). I have an overall 8 years of Leadership role experience in the field of Operations, Strategy and Business Development. During my career, I have got the opportunity to work across diverse cultures and high-performing teams. I hold my experience in working in the Industries like E-Commerce & Ed- Tech. I believe in the culture of holistically building high - performing teams who can adapt to changes in the system and work with the same motive of delivering top end results. I have experience of leading a 150+ member team. My ability to take calculated risks and learning from failures, have given my previous employers the trust to allow me run multiple prototype projects which allow me to try and test opportunities towards Business Development. Most of these projects have been successful and have led to revenue growth / reduction of operating expenses for the company. Having the Opportunity to learn from diverse leaders, have also instilled an attitude in me where I also believe that a team can grow by sharing correct practices, which should be passed on to everyone. This has allowed me to coach / create individual development plans for multiple associates, who have grown to become strong leaders in their respective industries. Golf is a sport which is close to my heart, and I have been an avid Golfer for more than 20+ years. This sport has also brought a lot of emotional intelligence along with a strong character and network for me in my career.
