Professional experience over Nineteen years, working currently as a Project Manager with background of Civil/Structural Engineering. I have been involved in different scale projects administrative, commercial, residential, and Mixed-Use projects. I have extensive experience in engineering, tendering and construction fields with full coordination with different stakeholders in compliance with the local authorities’ regulations/manuals as well as the international standards. Important Highlights: • Project management starting from the project initiation & planning, design development and construction supervision til the project completion and handing over, leading the projects within budget and meeting the deadline with full client satisfaction. • Saved for my client, the building systems budget by applying the technology of the value engineering during the design stage. • Managed/Led a team of 29 engineers/drafters to prepare detailed design/tender documents and to obtain the statutory approval for a Mixed-Use project more than Coordinated all interdisciplinary work for the same project. • Managed/Led a team of 70 engineers/inspectors to supervise the construction activities and to achieve successful handover to the local authorities for various construction projects. Coordinated all interdisciplinary work for 38 school projects with a budget more than QAR 650M for the benefit of a prestigious client (Ministry of Education). • Negotiated and resolved technical issues in a contract dispute resolution, reducing the project expenses for my Company taking into consideration the client’s satisfaction. • Secured more work for my company due to the accuracy of my work and my ability to build strong relationships with clients and my trusted personal connections.
