I bring 20 years of expertise in the construction industry, specifically in the fields of Architectural Engineering, Technical Office, Project and Construction Management. I have worked on flagship projects serving clients in multiple sectors in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. As a highly skilled Architect by profession, I have made magnanimous contributions in designing and building different types of architectural and interiors, down to the littlest detail. My career history is a manifestation of my strong foundation and knowledge, enabling the clients to achieve their vision. I have the technical ability to analyse the most intricate details of the project and integrate concepts and design into the construction framework. I have defined and redefined construction engineering processes to deliver cost-efficient and constructable solutions in fast paced environments and critical market conditions. I have broken down the project requirements, examine the best path forward, and utilize latest tools and technology in the onset. I am graduate from Asyut University with a degree in Architecture. I am well-versed in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max and Revit Architecture. Experience in BECCurrently one of the Technical - Project Managers of BEC Arabia, I provide the overall management and direction of the technical elements of the project. I assume primary leadership in evaluating scope of work, milestones, material specifications, and resource allocations. I examine project alternatives and preliminary construction methods to develop optimal techniques for the project. My role is pivotal in the curation of project design and review of contractual documents and drawings. I assess the entire project specifics such as BOQ, terms and conditions of the contract, RFIs, and submittals. I study and approve the team’s output when delivering technical project documents including material’s functionality, performance, reliability, quality, and cost. In BEC, I closely monitor the project progress through constant collaboration with the Construction Managers and Site Personnel, ensuring the technicalities aligns with the business goals and objectives. I engage technical discussions with the owner’s representative, consultants, contractors, and trade partners, from inception up to close-out.
