With over 15 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project management, I have built a successful career overseeing and delivering complex projects for major clients. I have managed high-profile projects, such as the ANOPC Hydrocracking Complex, Amazon delivery stations, Minya University hospitals, and the Zohr oil and gas project, among others. My work spans multiple industries, including construction, oil & gas, healthcare, and hospitality. Throughout my career, I have held progressively responsible positions, starting from my role as a Mechanical Engineer to a Senior Engineer, and later advancing to a Project Manager in various reputable companies, such as North Point, NORACO, ELECON, NEPTON SYSTEMS, and currently EGICAT CONTRACTING. In these roles, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and have been responsible for coordinating subcontractors, reviewing contract documents, ensuring project milestones are met, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of MEP systems. I am also certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 9001 for Quality Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety. These certifications, combined with my hands-on experience, have enabled me to implement best practices in project execution, risk management, and team leadership. My key strengths include my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, which has driven me to gain skills in Primavera Scheduling, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, further enhancing my capability to contribute effectively in a dynamic work environment.
