With over 5 years of experience in logistics Operations, I am a results-oriented and innovative Operations and Logistics Manager. I manage the logistics and procurement functions, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our clients and partners. I also lead the new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and expansion in the regional markets. Previously, I worked as a Logistics and Stock Management Supervisor at CMA CGM, one of the world's leading shipping companies, where I oversaw the inventory and distribution of containers fleet in Egypt and Sudan. I improved the utilization and availability of stock, reduced the operational costs and risks, and enhanced the customer satisfaction and retention rates. I hold a Master of International Transport and Logistics from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and I have obtained multiple certifications in logistics, supply chain, and customer service. I have a strong background in logistics, materials, and supply chain management, and I am proficient in warehouse management, problem solving, and new business development. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always open to new challenges and opportunities.
