With over 25 years of experience working for the U.S. Government in the West Bank and Gaza, I bring deep expertise in program management, youth employment, livelihoods, institutional capacity building, education development, and humanitarian-development nexus. Throughout my career, I led and supported high-impact programs aimed at empowering Palestinian youth, strengthening civil society, and enhancing economic opportunities across vulnerable communities. I’ve collaborated with local NGOs, ministries, international donors, and the private sector to implement initiatives that are scalable, sustainable, and measurable. I am known for my strategic thinking, cross-sector coordination, and ability to manage complex projects and development portfolios under pressure. As I transition from my long tenure with the U.S. Government due to a structural reduction, I’m exploring opportunities in program leadership, consulting, donor engagement, and technical advisory roles—whether full-time or project-based.
