About Samer Simreen

Internationally experienced Hospitality Professional with a diverse background in hotel openings, catering and F&B Operations, MBA in Innovation and business creation and lots learned from the school of life. Passionate about everything to do with food, sustainability, equitability and equality. Driven to change the worlds broken food system to the better by helping food entrepreneurs, set foot, start up and scale up. Motivated to make food and new modes of operations part of the solution rather than the problem in the climate transition. In my previous life I scaled our family business Royal Catering Services in Abu Dhabi to one of the largest private caterers in the country. We set new standards in industrial and large scale events catering in the country, leading to catering unique events such as the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix for multiple years and servicing some of the most demanding clients in the sector of remote lodging and catering. Our in house restaurant division created a number of award winning restaurant concepts which we conceptualized, brought to life and managed. Best part was to built a truly unique team of a total of people of 30+ nationalities who made it all possible.
