About Samerra Hill

As a dedicated HR professional with a strong background in people operations, strategic project management, and organizational development, I am currently pursuing my MBA and working toward my PHR certification to deepen my impact as an HR Business Partner and Project Manager. My passion lies in aligning people strategy with business goals—driving initiatives that optimize performance, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational growth. With experience managing cross-functional HR projects, improving processes, and supporting change management, I bring both operational efficiency and a human-centered approach to the workplace. With a growing interest in the intersection of HR, innovation, and leadership development, I am excited to expand my contributions to industries like healthcare, tech, manufacturing and research—where strategic HR plays a vital role in shaping high-impact teams and outcomes.
