About Sami Ayele

My why is and always will be having the drive to solve problems, globally.During my time at Johns Hopkins, I studied Natural Sciences (BA) and International Studies (BA), stressing how global health requires technology, clean business processes, and cultural competency just as other industries do - even more!I am a former intern @ Helium Health and Bloomberg, where I grew to operate start-to-finish project tasks in business dev and product design. Taking the path less traveled has allowed me to charter a path linking data analytics, foreign language, and process improvement in the public and private sectors. I'm a young professional that can- Own responsibility over digitalization processes, business strategy, and human-centered design from Day 1- Learn a language (Mandarin, Spanish, and more) to make relationships human again around the world- Document spec requirements and user manuals for non-tech audiences using digital health tools and essential ICT services- Conducted stakeholder interviews and field research for application in rural health interventions and comparative studies on religious diasporic populations- Bring up others alongside me wherever I go because it means nothing to be "on top" if others are at "the bottom".I resonate with environments that invest in talent and dare to ask: are we doing all that we can?
